What do I need to do as part of the Next Steps service?

You need to be actively involved in the creation of your marketing steps. And be clear on your direction and feedback throughout our engagement together. You’ll also have actions assigned to you. So be sure to set yourself time to achieve these. And enjoy getting stuff done.

What happens if not all of the steps are completed?

Depending on the complexity of the next marketing steps identified for your business, it may not be possible to compete them all.  The aim is to identify next steps that are actionable within the timeframe. I’ll let you know when we’re 50% and 80% of the way through the project phase so we can discuss the best way to maximise the remainder of the project phase.  Or, you have the option to buy a Boost Package to extend the project.

 

Do you work with other people on your team?

If needed, I’ll will draw on my network of colleagues to help with implementing any specialist marketing activities, for example graphic design or web development.  This is usually subject to additional fees, quoted at the time.

 

How do I know how you’re tracking with hours and agreed outcomes?

I keep a detailed record of all tasks, which you can access at any time. And we use the Trello board to keep track of the actions.
